Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing a bi-weekly, multi-state payroll from beginning to end using PeopleSoft Payroll and Time and Labor, payment of Federal and State withholding taxes, setting up garnishment and child support deductions and making payments to appropriate agencies, maintaining employees' direct deposit information, initiating transmission of ACH file and verifying its processing, printing and distributing payroll checks and deposit advices, providing excellent customer service regarding payroll issues to all EnLink Midstream employees.

Responsible for reporting needs of all Financial departments including: Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, Treasury, Purchasing and Tax.

Responsible for reporting needs of Payroll department along with various accounting duties.

Responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll checks for 10,000+ store, home office and distribution center associates. Supervised 5-6 payroll clerks.

Responsible for more advanced Payroll duties including moving expenses, direct deposit, garnishments,general ledger, Canadian payroll and printing daily on-demand checks.

Hired as a clerk and responsible for entering, reviewing and correct associate timesheets, mailing checks and maintaining associate information.
