Jen is an executive coach and organizational consultant who supports non-profit leaders and organizations to act with greater purpose, authenticity, and impact. Jen believes that organizations perform at their highest potential when leaders create a clear and compelling vision for the future, and organizational systems and culture value collaboration, integrity, and accountability for real results. Jen specializes in strategic planning, leadership coaching and development, board development, team effectiveness, and meeting facilitation. Current and recent clients include Miriam's Kitchen, Friendship Place, N Street Village, Meals on Wheels America, ProInspire, RunningBrooke, Black Student Fund, Quality Trust for Individuals with Disabilities, and more.Prior to launching Lachman Consulting, Jen was the Executive Director of MAG America, an international humanitarian organization committed to helping people live safe and productive lives in post-conflict environments. With Jen's leadership, MAG America grew significantly in size and impact, with the organization supporting nearly $20 million in life-saving programs that reached countless people in 15 countries around the world.Jen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Jen is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership Program. She 

earned a Master's Degree in Development Management from American University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs and French from James Madison University.
