I am an experienced leader in the field of Experience Design, guiding projects and teams across the disciplines of usability, content strategy, and experience strategy. In this role, I set the direction and vision for my team, assess work quality, provide career mentoring, make hiring decisions, and cultivate a healthy, upbeat, and productive work environment.I have collaborated with high-profile clients and internal teams to define project goals and create roadmaps for achieving them. This has involved overseeing UX design efforts, including the development of personas, user experience models, sitemaps, task flows, wireframes, creative concepting, prototyping, and user testing/research.Some of the notable clients I have worked with over the course of my career include Merck, Novartis, Barnes & Noble Nook, Time Warner Cable, Barclays Card, Club Med, Gillette, Visa, Emirates, Tribeca Film Festival, Macy's, Johnson & Johnson, American Eagle, Benjamin Moore, Deloitte, and NFL Sunday Ticket to Go.In addition, I led the User Experience practice at Juice Pharma, setting standards and integrating the UX design process across the company. And more recently, as a UX Consultant, I played a key role in redesigning the digital ecosystem for Blue Cross of California.Recently, I took a break from my career to pursue a Master's degree in the UK and subsequently spent a couple of years teaching as a lecturer for a University before recently making my way back the States.
