The Grace Dart Foundation provides love and care to the elderly in the greater Montreal area. The Foundation supports a warm and personal environment for the well being of the elderly through its various donation efforts, in line with the following five areas of giving: Basic Needs, Loneliness & Isolation, Socialization & Personal Development, Cognitive Disorders, and Living Environment.

- Developed relationships and doubled the initial community events portfolio to 70-80 events annually raising over $400,000 from all across Canada and the North-Eastern USA.- Led and managed diverse committees of professionals and young professionals.- Designed and developed major Hospital events, planned and executed logistics, providing a superior donor experience. - Solicited and stewarded donors, writing letters of solicitation, recognition and thank you letters.- Tracked data for registrations and balanced incoming revenue and budgets for each event.- Evaluated and analyzed event data for year-over-year growth and improvement.- Managed teams of volunteers supporting fundraising events and for hospital tours.- Created and managed online platforms for donation and event websites.- Managed Blackbaud CRM donor database, processed donations and tax receipts.- Created a campaign launching a primary direct mail structure for the Canadian Hospital location.- Developed an online platform to improve efficiency of the donation process and launch peer-to-peer fundraising.- Reported, monthly & annually, on fundraising events dossier and individual campaigns.
