In my role as the Training and Development Manager, I worked alongside the IT and IS departments, department heads, and executive teams to choose and implement the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) for various training needs such as Compliance, Customer, Onboarding, and Workforce Development. I ensured the accuracy of the content and transferred existing documentation into the initial launch of Cornerstone. I conducted in-person onboarding training for 1400 employees at all levels and developed new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) training for warehouse operations. Additionally, I oversaw and reviewed existing compliance training with department leads to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Worked in the greater Michiana area with local and global businesses to promote Indiana Tech as an academic choice for their employees with the flexibility and convenience they needed. Our CPS program allowed working, busy adults to complete their undergraduate and graduate degrees in an accelerated class environment.

As a valuable member of the Divisional HR team at KIK, I successfully conceptualized, developed, and implemented 23 Global Competency-based Leadership Training modules. I proactively spearheaded Organizational Development initiatives, driving a positive shift in the company's culture. I collaborated closely with Senior Leaders and Executives providing expertise in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Change Management, and Strategic Thinking. Additionally, I led global recruitment efforts for Divisional and onsite Management positions, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition globally.

Worked as a social networking Recruiter sourcing along with the Hiring Manager at Delta-Pharma, a Randstad company. Networked with Recruiters experienced in the life sciences industry for senior office positions being established on the east and west coasts.

Led high volume and full cycle recruitment of sales, technical, and business teams for new and existing Apple Stores across the Great Lakes, South East, and Southwest regions by researching, sourcing, networking, behavioral based interviewing and closing. Also supported new store efforts in Canada, and Australia.

Chosen, as a top performer, to work in the field as a temporary Recruiter for the 2007 holiday season. Provided full cycle recruiting efforts, advertised, and maintained career sites for approximately 30 Apple retail stores. Established local connections in each of the markets with colleges, universities, and groups necessary to gain more applicants. Worked closely with stores to ensure each store was on track to obtaining their hiring goals for the holiday. Provided store training and was highly recognized for obtaining all of my responsible store’s goals, and selected to work on additional global projects within the Talent team as needed throughout the following year.
