As a Police Records Specialist, it was my job to maintain the accuracy of an individual’s file and make sure that reports were complete and included all relevant information. Each day, I would be responsible for a different aspect of the overall record's operation. Such responsibilities included: entering stolen vehicles and missing persons into the state and national databases, answering phone calls from citizens regarding their towed vehicles, and distributing authorized reports to officers, citizens, and other government agencies based on laws, policies, procedures, or guidelines.As the afternoon and night shift technology liaison, I co-created a Microsoft SharePoint site which was used to organize and maintain documents regarding the department's standard operating procedures. We were able to update and transfer hundreds of stand-alone Word documents into an easily accessible, searchable database.

During my time as a member of the Event Services Staff, I was part of a team that was responsible for set up and take down of all events taking place in either the Moda Center or the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. This included Trail Blazer basketball games, Winterhawk hockey games, major concerts, and private events. I provided excellent customer service to patrons by working with them personally or by connecting them to someone better suited to assist them. Every event required us to collaborate with multiple departments in fast-paced environments to make sure all of a client's needs were addressed in a timely manner. On days when the facilities were not being used, I managed inventory of department equipment and established efficient storage methods for easy access and maximization of space.

I worked at the PCC Sylvania Performing Arts Center Theater as a generalist technician. I would be on call for when the department needed an extra hand running the sound board, the light board, or general backstage help. In addition to working shows, I would also set up for shows by hanging lights, setting up microphones, or building stage sets.

I worked in and maintained the school district's two brand new, state-of-the-art Performing Arts and Education Centers. I occupied various technical positions such as Lighting Technician, Stagehand, and Spot Light Operator, depending on a production's needs. I worked with high school students and instructed them on the importance of safety and communication in the theater.

I worked as a 3D Generalist on the short film Bottled Up (Gold Medal Winner at the Student Academy Awards). During pre-production I modeled the sets so the director could have a better idea of what it would look like during filming. While shooting on location, I supervised green screen placement and other visual effects tasks. I also stood in as 2nd AC for the camera department and helped out with any other tasks that needed to be done around set. During post production, I supported the VFX team by working on different projects that involved 3D modeling and animation.
