Helped facilitate client engagements in project share outs, check-ins, and field research participation.Co-developed and designed the visual narrative strategy for a mixed-methods dataset representing 11,500 respondents and 78 in-depth profiles. Built out the strategy into a global financial public information resource website (The Human Account) to showcase stories and data on underrepresented FinTech market segments across 6 countries (Nigeria, Myanmar, Tanzania, India, Pakistan, and Kenya), representing 1.98 billion people. The website was recognized as a 2019 Fast Company World Changing Idea finalist.

Worked with Mariana Amatullo on an ethnographic study analyzing the organizational strategy of UNICEF's Innovation Fund. The Innovation Fund supports early-stage open-source emerging technology (IoT, machine learning, AR/VR, UAVs, blockchain) ventures to benefit children worldwide. Wrote editorial pieces and project managed as an assistant editor for the publication of Case Studies in Design for Social Innovation, a book that compiles case studies and interviews with leading global practitioners around social innovation and design initiatives.
