Jen has been studying meditation, movement and medicine for more than 20 years. These studies have taken her all over the world, but it was her in-depth study of Traditional Chinese Medicine that proved to be the most powerful.She attained two Diplomas (Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner) at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Toronto. Jen has over 1000 hours of Clinical Experience - including experience with pain management, pregnancy, sleep and mood disorders, dermatological conditions, digestive disturbances and more. She is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) and Registered Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (R.TCMP) in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).She also has a daily Meditation & Qigong practice, in the Spiritwind Internal Arts & Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong lineages.More recently her adventures have landed her living in an Ecovillage farming community in Caledon Hills, where she can better focus on learning plant and earth-based medicines, and continue visioning the best possible future for all living things.Jen is a also skilled communicator with over ten years of outreach, community building, event planning, fundraising, volunteer and program management experience in the not-for-profit sector, including positions at Rethink Breast Cancer, Toronto International Film Festival and Greenpeace.
