Year Up is a non-profit organization focused on job training and professional development. The program lasts one year and I was part of the Information Technology track where I have received my certification in Google IT Pro. Currently, As of July, 2024 - I have completed the internship phase of the program and am officially an Alumni

• Trained in various departments, such as Loans, Credit cards, Client experience, Digital Banking and Claims, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.• Maintained accuracy and integrity of financial data while overseeing loan applications, account servicing and invoicing procedures.• Contributed to key aspects of operations, onboarding new clients and processing financial requests.• Highly capable in working in a fast-paced environment, serving over 2000 customers each year.

• Assisted over 250 guests each week with in-store/online returns, purchases and exchanges. • Developed knowledge over a dozen of merchandise located in store as well as questions regarding merchandise sold online.• Answered over 20 calls daily and provided information on merchandise• Kept a clean and organized work area at all times• Gathered online and in-store orders for client pickup
