Jen McClure is a strategic board director, advisor, and executive with deep expertise in digital transformation, technology governance, and corporate strategy across media, information services, and technology industries. An accomplished executive with a Silicon Valley background, she brings comprehensive leadership experience in enterprise digital strategy, risk management, M&A and integration, marketing and corporate communications.A NACD Governance Fellow and Qualified Risk Director®, Jen has held board roles for private, family-owned, and nonprofit organizations. Her board leadership experience includes serving as Chair, Vice Chair, and Board Secretary, and committee leadership of Audit, Governance, and Strategic Planning. Notably, she was co-founder and CEO of the Society for New Communications Research, a groundbreaking think tank that focused on impact of digital and social media on business, media, culture and society. SNCR merged with The Conference Board in 2016, where she served as Distinguished Principal Fellow and Program Director until 2023. Jen is a limited partner in four technology-focused venture capital funds and served on the Investment Committee of Spike Ventures, a fund of AVG, America's largest venture firm for individual investors.
