I am a Managing Director at Accenture focused on achieving outcomes while maintaining balance and humanity. As a leader within Accenture’s Information Security organization, I am collaborating and influencing across the organization to drive joint success for a major risk management program. In my time at Accenture, I have had worked across Accenture’s client and technology organizations. I have delivered complex systems in the consumer products industry and served as the Business Operations Lead for our North America and global Oracle practices. I spent 14 years as part of Accenture’s global IT organization, where I managed business operations, drove delivery excellence, and developed operational strategies, tools and processes. I developed strategy, processes, and tools to ensure we operated secure and reliable IT that valued the user experience and remained cost effective. My leadership purpose is to drive maximum effectiveness with collaboration and compassion. I am also passionate about developing women leaders. I lead the Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program in Chicago for Accenture, working with high school students as they learn to code, develop professional skills and begin their journey towards careers in technology. I live in Chicago with my husband Paul and our 2 college age daughters. When not skiing or traveling, you will find me reading, paddle boarding, hiking or spending time with family and friends.
