Oversee the SharePoint On Call Team that supports 150+ customers and their SharePoint 2007, SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 SharePoint 2016 and O365 needs.

After supporting SharePoint projects for years, I developed and built what was then called SharePoint on Call (SPoC). This division grew quickly and has helped 100s of clients support and further develop their SharePoint investments through training, consulting, integration support and workflow development.

As a Project Manager Jen has successfully managed MCMS projects for association clients like RMA, APICS, and NBTA. She most recently created a 100% .NET XML integration architecture that connects an MCMS Member Portal solution to virtually any Association Management System.

Jen is a highly qualified developer specializing in Microsoft Content Management and system integration. Jen developed and deployed a large Listener Management Solution for a 21 station radio corporation nationwide. Jen is also the architect of many successful association e-commerce solutions, chapter solutions, and collaborative portal solutions.
