Developed and managed training programs, resources, and processes to support tech experts (referred to as authors) in creating content for the Pluralsight platform. Built online curriculum on key flight planning and execution skills for professional drone pilots, such as site assessment, risk mitigation, crew management, radio communications, emergency procedures, and equipment maintenance. Worked with flight instructors to develop in-person workshops on broadcast media and aerial photography and online courses on night flight and disaster response.

Oversaw development of a 35-course curriculum on co-occurring disorders for New York State, which received a gold Brandon Hall award and two silver Omni awards. Designed and scripted online learning modules and courses for a variety of organizations and corporations, such as Aon, Bright Horizons, Amgen, and Pfizer. Was lead designer for AHRQ’s Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project Overview Course, which received a bronze Brandon Hall award.
