In partnership with corporate IT, was the sole provider of Applications and IT Hardware support covering multiple northern California locations for the fourth-largest producer of wine in the United States. •Collaborated with management to define corporate KPIs and generate SQL/Excel/Crystal KPI reporting tools.•Managed a project with Compliance, QA, Production, Sales, and Warehouse teams to define company-wide pallet and carton labeling requirements. Wrote ERP SQL views and Visual Basic scripts to integrate new labeling software, making product identification easier, faster, and more accurate.•Built SQL views and barcoded forms in Crystal Reports to replace handwritten paperwork, thereby enabling all distribution center transactions to be done with scanners. •Provided on-site IT hardware support for related infrastructure including PCs, printers, barcode scanners, and forklift-mounted systems.•Managed document control software.
