Key responsibilities include: - Managing fund raising, marketing and communications department for organization serving 42,000 girls and 15,000 adults across 32 counties in northeast Texas. - Serving on four-member executive team that manages 140-person staff team to develop and implement annual plan of work and $11 million operating budget.- Managing.

• Successfully implemented 100% participation Board Campaign.
• Solicited and was awarded a $50,000 gift from a local business – the largest gift made in the company’s history.
• Spearheaded Baylor Plano’s grand opening events including: VIP reception for 500 guests, Ribbon-Cutting ceremony with an attendance of over 200, and a Community Open House with attendance of more than 2,000 people.

• Key accomplishments:
• Working closely with the Board of Trustees, launched a comprehensive multi-phase effort in 2001 to increase annual revenues, including a 100% participation Board Campaign, Board-driven annual campaign, and major gifts.
• In 2003, major gifts increased by 146%, with annual campaign/special events growing by 9% over the previous year.
• Over the course of 4-1/2 years, established the Development Office policies and best practices, while overseeing staff and serving as a member of the Senior Management Team.

Key accomplishments:- Annual Giving contributions reached the highest level in the history of the University- Alumni giving increased by 50%- Alumni contributions during the Spring phonathon increased 400% over the FY97 phonathon.

Key accomplishments:- Staff person for $2 million Capital Campaign, successfully completed in 9 months- Coordinated community luncheon for 1200 guests featuring then Governor George W. Bush and Senator Florence Shapiro- Oversaw three annual special events, as well as any events sponsored by outside organizations to benefit the agency.

Key accomplishments:- Successfully secured state funding to establish state-wide resource center for children’s advocacy centers- First child advocate hired prior to the agency’s opening- Instrumental in shaping child advocate program- Worked with board members to complete special events- Assisted executive director in proposal writing and preparation.

Key accomplishments:- Trained law enforcement, social workers, teachers, emergency room personnel and others on the dynamics of domestic violence- Established program on teen date battering prevention in local public schools- Conducted extensive sixteen week training programs for volunteers working in domestic violence shelter- Co-facilitated support groups.
