Having been an actor for over 30 years, I recognize that there are seamless comparisons between captivating an audience in a theatre setting and creating a unique dining experience in a restaurant. As an actor, one studies a character and brings their story to life. As a part of a restaurant team, one can weave the history of local produce, paint the picture of a vineyard from the wine list, and portray the passion that inspires each dish.From staff training, hands-on cocktail classes, to speaking at large events for a beverage supplier- I, truly, care about the creation of "moments" in any and all environments. As a spokesperson for multiple marketing companies as an EMCEE, I introduced the consumer to the company’s asset in an inviting setting. Once again intertwining my theatrical background with product awareness and distribution. When developing cocktails, I think about the history of the spirit or liquor and how to integrate the past with the future. By relying on the classic cocktails as an inspiration, I strive to find new combinations that are vibrant and give each potential guest a memorable moment while allowing the industry professional a way to generate sales and profit. I thrive in researching the ‘unknown’ and helping it come to life. I have been told I have an infectious energy, an unyielding passion, and a sense on how to "unlock" a new world of how the beverage industry is viewed.
