Work with key leadership across the Commission in raising major gifts with multi-year commitments for MNCPPC and the Prince George's County Parks and Recreation Foundation.

Assist the Senior Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship with all aspects of office management. Coordinate projects for university funds and donor recognition society. Prepare and coordinate pledge reminders, gift agreement documentation, impact and endowment reports. Responsible for donor recognition programming, administration, event planning and execution. Implement Advance database procedures, guidelines and entry, general donor relations process questions. Assist with programming, meetings and events that involve the University of Maryland College Park Foundation Board of Trustees. Supervise and hire student assistants.

Gift processor for the athletic development office including scholarship, major gift, and sport specific funds maintained by the Terrapin Club. Processed donations that totaled over $50 million/year. Prepared acknowledgement letters and pledge reminders for such donations and handled inquires and concerns related to individual accounts. Assisted donors with accounts, benefits and donations. Supervised and hired interns. Maintained and updated Paciolan, membership database, as well as the Terrapin Club website, TerrapinClub.com, and mass email notifications to the entire Terrapin Club donor base. Compiled data reports for staff and mailings. Maryland Football and Basketball game day duties which included assisting fans, donors and special events. Assisted with the planning and staffing of numerous events throughout the year.
