My work is centered around using sport as a tool for social change. I design and evaluate sport leadership programs within prisons, schools, communities, camps, and through international exchange experiences. Currently I co-lead a multi-million dollar grant from the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice, providing recreational and vocational training for incarcerated youth. My main goal? Prove that "sport has the power to change the world." (Nelson Mandela)
