Jenn focuses on the intersection of law and technology, frequently on issues related to data privacy & security and artificial intelligence. She works collaboratively with technical, business, legal, marketing, and other professionals to balance regulatory and legal considerations with core business needs and strategy.Jenn advises clients on the full product development lifecycle, internal and consumer-facing terms and policies, compliance programs, incident response, and licensing and other data-related agreements, including in relation to international and state privacy laws, emerging artificial intelligence regulation, and consumer protection laws. She also regularly represents clients in regulatory and litigation matters related to these issues.
