Provides security, information, directions and escort service to patients and staff as needed, while adhering to policies and regulations regarding safety. As a Security Officer, I patrol Kapi'olani Medical Center, and often meet and greet clients, which positions the community’s experience at Kapi'olani in a positive way. As a security officer, provides a sense of safety and security throughout out Kapiolani, which is important to our patients and their families.

• Providing Hotel Guests with customer service by assisting them in any way we can• Overseeing 100-250+ patrons within the hotel nightclub to ensure the safety of the visitors and staff• Report Writing for incidents that occur within the grounds of the hotel • Being a dependable co-worker in order to ensure the safety of fellow staff and visitors.

• Studying of Hawaii Revised Statutes and Ordinances• Daily physical training which involved running, lifting, and martial arts• Weekly tests based on our academic curriculum as well as functional tests
