I maintained efficient processing and coding of all incoming gifts; manual entry and routine uploads of gift and donor data from external sources on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I was also responsible for writing all of the thank you letters for each donation. Before leaving this role I personally created the acknowledgment system for each gift and created each template for various gift type (first time donations, monthly donation, etc). I generated ongoing analysis of donor giving trends; produced statistics reports specific to the organization as well as general fundraising trends.I also managed the Social Media accounts for the organization and doubled our followers in the first couple of months of taking on this role. During my year at Matthew House we also underwent an entire re-brand and rebuilt our website. I worked with various teams to help make this happen.
