As an Embedded Producer for Instacart, I developed trusted relationships with the CreativeOperations and Creative Studio teams. I completed over 400 projects in my tenure ranging from printed materials such as cookbooks, large scale billboards, to in-store creative. I also worked on a wide range of digital projects including email blasts, sizzle reels, sales decks etc. I collaborated with several teams across the organization such as Business Development, Human Resources, Field Operations and more. I completed projects internally, externally and even managed projects with external agency partners.

I helped manage over 50 social media accounts for tech executives across the globe. Working against competing deadlines across various timezones to ensure content creation was seamless from end to end. I created statement of work contracts for clients and accurately maintained project trackers to reflect the current state of each project.

As a Product Specialist at CDW I helped manage the Security and Networking categories as well as the Solution-based emerging vendor technologies. These included, Security, Networking, Datacenter and Collaboration.I worked cross functionally across the organization interacting with various departments including: Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Solution Architects, Purchasing and our Datalab teams. I was responsible for updating our Partners information on the internal database as well as managing their offerings in our system. I was also very knowledgeable on our partner’s products, programs and go-to market strategies.While representing hundreds of Partners business needs I also helped provide support in many other areas including: advertising, sales training, sales incentives, as well as sales analysis and reports. I also secured quarterly marketing dollars and built quarterly MDF contracts for each Partner. I was responsible for engaging partners and selling sponsorships for various CDW events. With building their plan I was also responsible to ensure all marketing activities were executed effectively.

As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at Matthew House I worked across all of the Departments including, Operations, Communications, Refugee Hearing Program, and Frontline (Councilors to Refugee Claimants). I attended board meetings and wrote the minutes for the board package. I also worked with a team of consultants who made various recommendations for organization. As well as third party groups such as Advertising agencies and helped manage Third party partnerships. I also sat on various committees for this organization. A key part of my role was organizing various fundraising events as well as programs for our residents and community at large. These included but were not limited to: 20th Anniversary event, Scotiabank Marathon, World Refugee Day. On top of securing funds through Fundraising events and partnerships I also worked on various grant proposals for securing funding for the organization. I managed the donor database (Raiser's Edge NXT) which had over 20,000 accounts. I maintained efficient processing and coding of all incoming gifts; manual entry and routine uploads of gift and donor data from external sources on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I was also responsible for writing all of the thank you letters for each donation. Before leaving this role I personally created the acknowledgment system for each gift and created each template for various gift type (first time donations, monthly donation, etc). I generated ongoing analysis of donor giving trends; produced statistics reports specific to the organization as well as general fundraising trends.I also managed the Social Media accounts for the organization and doubled our followers in the first couple of months of taking on this role. During my year at Matthew House we also underwent an entire re-brand and rebuilt our website. I worked with various teams to help make this happen.

As a Sales Associate at Holt Renfrew I had the pleasure of working for several lease departments. These included Pink Tartan, Max Mara and Hugo Boss. I worked in the flagship location in both the men's and women's shops as well as the Yorkdale location. I was responsible for building a loyal book of business. I had daily and monthly sales targets and completed several reports for each brand.
