Row House is a full body, low impact fitness concept celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2024 and transforming the way people view indoor rowing. Born out of a married couple's search for a workout that two people with varying fitness levels could do together, Co-founders' Eric Von Frohlich and Debra Strougo created a rowing workout that gives people of all different shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities an efficient and effective workout.Row House RVA, including the Row House-Midlothian and Row House-Willow Lawn studios, is proudly owned and operated by the VA Fitness Group LLC (VFG).
