I’m a ‘thinker-doer’ who cares about creating positive change through new products, services and experiences. I’ve always been fascinated by the way people behave. And the fast-changing world around us creates opportunities for us to deliver value in new ways - for ourselves, for businesses and for customers. I've enjoyed many roles in my career from brand strategy, through communications to innovation & service design. My personal and professional experiences have taught me a good few things about myself:I can successfully design products that solve real customer problems and grow the bottom line.- I put the customer at the heart of everything I do- I use lean methodologies to experiment, iterate and scale - I believe in evidence to inform decisions, not opinionsI believe diversity drives breakthrough thinking and am passionate about driving equity in the workplace. - I spearheaded a Diversity & Inclusion Steering Group at Fluxx - I serve as an Ambassador for Women in Innovation- I mentor female founders at the Imperial Enterprise LabI bring people with me on the journey.- I tell great narratives that motivate (on stage, on paper and with my team)- I listen first. Then make decisions based on customers' needs and execs' ambitions- It's always 'we' - in success and in failure, we're a team I'm a life long learner, love working with clever collaborative people with a heart, and am known for being an empath with a commercial mind.
