Social Media Manager
Current- Manage content on various social media platforms.
- Works with internal teams to ensure customer questions and complaints on social media are resolved.
- Lead weekly calls with the moderation team to discuss business goals and direction. Then develop strategies/campaigns to reach those goals.
- Source talent for various campaigns, starting with internal creator roster, IQ Data, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Review submitted creator content, while providing *constructive* and *specific* feedback as needed in a timely manner.
- Work with Video Editing Team + Project Manager to take the content from content creators and edit it into different variations.
