I am a current Hofstra University senior graduating in May 2020 with my Bachelor of Arts in public relations, and minors in civic engagement and political science. I am a member of community service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega and served as Leadership Chair before getting voted into Vice President of Leadership, the first ever Vice President of Leadership our chapter has ever had. I coordinated a month long campus wide clothing drive with the ACLD philanthropy ReWearable, and served on the Service Committee strengthening our program of service events.I've gained management and customer service experience through me role of shift leader at Amiel's Submarines. I also served as acting manager for any manager absences at the establishment. I've worked as both an unpaid and paid intern at ZE Creative Communications, assisting with numerous copywriting tasks, client campaigns, and social media among other things. I'm proficient in Microsoft Suite and Cision, and have experience with advertising, design, and social media platforms. I've assisted in creating and implementing three nonprofit campaigns for Hicksville Boys and Girls Club, the ACLD, and Hofstra's Long Island Advocate. I've taken classes that have allowed me to specialize and gain insight into healthcare, political strategy, volunteerism, public speaking, voter engagement, civic engagement, crisis communications, and corporate social responsibility.
