Daily maintenance of reception area, Making bookings for repairs and estimates, Liaising with insurance companies, Customer Service, Dealing with complaints and enquiries, maintenance of company courtesy cars, Use of in-house system, taking payments for customer's excess amounts and confirming quotations, Director's PA, Arranging recovery of vehicles, finalising total loss reports, Excel, Outlook, Checking in vehicles prior to repairs, filing, delivery of customer vehicles, arranging MOT's and services, Stationary orders.
