I have worked in the financial industry for over 6 years and have a thorough understanding of the necessary balance required to be an advocate for my client and an ambassador for my company.I'm immensely grateful to the people who have helped develop me professionally and I look forward to continuing to help others optimize their strengths.The greatest joy I have experienced professionally has been helping others to realize their full potential and achieve both their professional and personal goals.I pride myself on being my customer's financial expert and consider myself to be in the business of assisting others in achieving their financial goals. I find it easy to empathize with people from various walks of life and because of this I'm often afforded an innate sense of trust. I consider this to be both a privilege and a responsibility. While the majority of my job experience has been gained within retail banking, I have also owned & operated my own small business. This has enabled me to feel empathy for struggling business owners as well as genuine enthusiasm for their successes. I've been in the financial industry long enough to have experienced the joy in watching a fledgling business become a prosperous enterprise. I find having a share in these experiences to be very satisfying.My most fulfilling professional experience was coaching a young couple to go from having no credit score to being able to qualify for an auto loan within 18 months. I find joy in educating my customers in all things in finances in order to assist them in leveraging their assets and borrowing power. Each year I teach a short course in financial basics to the local high schoolers and have become their 'personal banker' through their college years and beyond.
