My journey began after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba, which led me to Bermuda to pursue a career in hedge fund administration.Starting as a Fund Accountant at Citi in 2004, I quickly advanced to a Vice President role at BNY Mellon, where I catered to international hedge fund managers. My tenure at BNY Mellon allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the complexities of hedge fund operations and administration.In 2011, I moved to Toronto to join Goldman Sachs’ Hedge Fund Administration division. As Vice President, I serviced a Tier 1 Hedge Fund client portfolio with a combined AUM of $5 billion, further enhancing my skills in managing high-value client relationships and complex financial operations.Currently, as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Altema Asset Management Inc., I leverage my extensive background to oversee financial strategies, operational efficiencies and compliance adherence.My commitment to excellence and continuous improvement has been the cornerstone of my career.
