Company embarked on major strategic pivot and disinvestment of lending business on basis of analysis.> Developed, through consultation with the entire executive team, the company’s first comprehensive bottom-up annual budget to preserve capital and extend the company’s runway. > Built new reports as part of the monthly pack to convey critical insights into the functioning of the business to key stakeholders and worked with the Financial Controller to streamline monthly reporting process. > Represented Finance Team on cross-functional BI team tasked with transforming data management and analysis across organization.
