I am an experienced educational practitioner who has worked across mainstream secondary education, further education and residential special schools. I am currently the Head of Education at Full Circle Care. Our SEMH, therapeutic schools have been consistently graded good with outstanding features under my leadership. Our education sector has grown, completing material changes with the opening of new sites. I enjoy working collaboratively and effectively with the residential care team. I work closely with local authorities, managing referrals to our schools and ensuring our education meets Ofsted standards.
