“What do you want to be when your grow up?” - Born with a passion to help others, my answer to this question (asked at every family gathering) was a Nurse. I completed the Certified Nursing Associate (CNA) program during High School, but as I set off for college, I knew in my heart that nursing just wasn’t for me. I was brave to admit the answer I gave repeatedly was no longer right for me. Still with that innate desire to help others, I studied communications in college, pursuing a career in Human Resources. As a Corporate Recruiter, I enjoy interviewing, recruiting, and placing the candidates in the right role. This match, if done right, benefits both the employee and the organization for years to come.
