I am a Consultant at TTS Top-Talent Solutions and am a registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA. I am also the Chairperson of the SIOPSA Interest Group for Emerging Work Psychologists (IGEWP).I have gained significant experience in Consulting Psychology at TTS, with a specific focus on the mining, financial services, insurance and education sectors with both local and global clients based in countries such as South Africa, Bosnia, UK, Australia, Madagascar, and Dubai. I use my love of helping others to focus on helping organisations to make effective talent decisions through the use of psychometric assessments. I have managed both larger and day-to-day projects involving high-volume pre-screening, skills and capability audits, personnel selection, development, upskilling audits, and change management. Furthermore, I have been involved in the assessment solutioning, onboarding and training of new clients. ​I provide assistance to clients with regard to assessments, job profiling, creating assessment matrices, sharing best practice guidelines, and structuring of client contextual solutions. I provide assessment services that include scoring assessments and report writing. In addition to this, I provide feedback to management panels to assist them to make informed talent decisions and also provide development feedback sessions to candidates. ​I began my academic career in 2015 at the University of Johannesburg where I have since completed my Bcom Industrial Psychology degree, Bcom Honours Industrial Psychology degree (Cum Laude) and my Mcom in Industrial Psychology degree. My dissertation topic explored the moderating effect of occupational classifications on the relationship between psychological availability and constructive deviance in the South African context. Whilst completing my studies, I took the opportunity to work as an HR Tutor in the department of Industrial Psychology and People Management as well as tutoring school students in other subjects.​
