Together they would work at setting a vision for the school and taking appropriate actions as a team to see that vision acted on. This person would report directly to the Vision Director.o Responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing plan for the school identifying responsibilities and tracking progress. We envision this plan being built around Illiana stories—telling the story of Illiana using the stories and experiences of the people of Illiana.o Oversee and grow our internet and social media presence in the community.o Actively be a part of the community to get the message of Illiana out there seeking out opportunities such as parades, festivals, tournaments, town fields and recruiting visits.o Work closely with the Admissions Counselor to make sure every person who walks in the door at Illiana would hear the same message and the same vision they hear in the community.o Build a team to work both inside and outside of the school to share the vision. o The Chair of the marketing committee at Illiana.o The Chair of the leadership team of Viking Academy (Kids summer program)o work with some outside marketing agencies when needed to produce videos, update web presence, and for consultation.

• Works closely with the Director of Donor and Alumni Relations, creates and leads an engaging, innovative, and creative alumni relations program.• Plans and implements the College’s major annual alumni events including but not limited to Homecoming, class reunions, and regional alumni events.• Provides staff leadership to Trinity Christian College Alumni Board, working closely with the Board’s volunteer president to set strategies, goals, and meeting agendas for the Board.• Manages the award process for Alumni of the Year Award, Staff of the Year, Faculty of the Year, and Honorary Friend of the College, sponsored by the Alumni Association. • Manages sponsorship gifts • Strengthens the College’s Reunion Program• Provides all employee supervision administration which would include oversight of recruitment, hiring, professional development, performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures.• Partners with the development staff to aid in cultivation to engage major, annual, and planned gift prospects.

• Collaborate with staff, sponsoring ministries, stakeholders and other related entities in supporting the classical work of PCR.• Collaborate with staff in planning and execution of events, trainings, meetings, travel, etc. • Prepare/assist in preparation of presentations. • Process grant applications/awards/reports and monitor grantee’s obligations. • Prepare updates, synopsis of grants awarded, and article reviews for websites. • Administer event logistical details including researching and recommending event venues.• Initiate research related to websites and utilize information to continually maintain and enhance websites.• Communicate, and foster relationships, with pastors, pastors’ spouses, ministry leaders, and congregations. • Provide administrative assistance to SCE, SPE, PCR and Classis Renewal.• Prepare and distribute meeting notes.• Fulfill additional responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
