During my summer internship at Ironhound, I conducted financial analysis using Microsoft Excel to assist in underwriting commercial real estate debt and equity placements and loan restructures. I evaluated comps using CoStar, performed demographic and co-tenancy analyses on retail properties, and fact checked data to ensure accuracy of offering memorandums. Additionally, I investigated metropolitan areas to create marketing materials to display completed transactions to potential clients.

As the property management specialist I took initiative to design and present a 6-month plan to the executive board for remodeling and renovations of our 6,000 sq. ft. sorority suite. This resulted in an $8,000 budget increase. I formed a 30-member committee and maximized cost-saving initiatives to complete the renovation within the budget and timeline. Additionally, I managed monthly cleaning services, subcontractors and exterminators appropriately to create a functional, welcoming atmosphere that all members of our chapter could enjoy.
