Duties included but were not limited to hiring, onboarding, and training of team members. Developing cross training plans for the continued growth of team members. Composing 90 day and annual evaluations and counseling's for team members. Trouble shooting technology and teller errors. Mediating to resolve interpersonal conflicts between team members. Coordinating outreach events to support our local community. Cash vault management, cash orders in USD and Euro, branch balancing, and auditing. Maintaining the branch security binder to ensure clean annual audits. Developing and maintaining trackers for training, branch goals, and annual loan disbursal data.

My duties included all basic teller transactions, as well as opening and closing accounts, maintenance on existing accounts, loans, and assisting members with any questions or concerns. In addition to MSR duties I also am an ATM custodian, as well as a mentor to new employees. Trained in Vault management.

As a personal banker my duties included all basic teller transactions, processing night drop box deposit, opening and closing accounts as well as maintenance to them when necessary, loan applications, and secured credit cards. In addition I also trained new employees, during my time I trained 4 new hires. I also assisted in the balancing of the 11 ATMs located on Fort Irwin.

As a supervisor my duties included opening and closing the branch, managing the Vault, ordering and selling currency to the Federal Reserve, processing the the work through Branch Capture, and overseeing the teller line. Being at a branch partnered with AAFES balancing & replenishing the cashier bags was one of the daily duties, as well as processing the final night deposit for the store. Left the position due to branch closure.
