As a current BDC Manager I oversee the business development center (BDC) at a new/used Chevrolet dealership. The BDC department is responsible for setting appointments with potential buyers to meet with the sales representatives at the dealership. Making outbound phone calls, text, and emails to potential buyers, also taking phone calls into the dealership. I set quotas and appointment goals, driving sales, and tracking results. As a Digital Marketing Manager, I am responsible for developing and overseeing online marketing strategies. I develop social media presence, third party presence, and manage business website. I track all traffic to our website and social media to ensure we are marketing in the most efficient way.
