Measure While Drilling (MWD)/ Logging While Drilling (LWD)

- Advise performance review participants on government evaluation standards and program objectives prior to taskorder performance reviews; evaluate accomplishments; and quantify related performance improvements- Lead the team’s assigned tasks and travel throughout area of responsibility, interfacing with management andgovernment personnel for observing and validating field operations, analyzing program results, and sharing performance strategies and knowledge- Report survey instrument results and customer participant feedback on program and service delivery objectives inrelation to program-wide progress and trends- Assist in coordinating and training support personnel and performance review participants- Validate and analyze reported information from assigned area of responsibility to ensure accurate and compellingmessages in group deliverables and other submittals- Oversee the distribution and tracking of requested improvements identified during performance evaluation reviews- Act as liaison between Project Management Team and Regional Managers on development of overall performanceevaluation events- Support Knowledge Management and/or Communications Managers regarding planning, execution, and associatedstrategic process improvements for performance reviews and publication tasking.- Edit and submit “good news” stories and associated pictures regarding operational service delivery, innovation, “above and beyond” performance, cost saving initiatives, and perform other related tasks in support of customer value-added initiatives
