As the CEO of Apex Rover Staffing, I have a passion for helping communities in healthcare and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients and contractors. I started my company with the vision of breaking the cycle of pure profit and finding the right fit that results in staff longevity and better patient outcomes. I also have worked in critical care as a registered nurse at OHSU Trauma ICU and Apex Rover, where I apply my perspective approach to care for people in their worst times of need. I have a MSN in registered nursing/registered nurse from Capella University, and I hold multiple certifications in acute and emergency care, such as CCRN, CEN, and TCRN. As a RN, I have traveled across the world to help communities devastated by disease. I strive to improve my skills and knowledge through evidence-based practice, positive patient outcomes, supporting teamwork and open environments as well as continuous education.
