Set up and manage the future sales division of the organisation and to assist in taking the business to the next levelGeneral Summary• To plan and carry out sales activities so as to maintain and develop the sales of Paragon Interiors. Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling the business’ prescribed services. To personally contact and secure new business accounts and customers through the formation and maintenance of relationships with various commercial property brokers and close deals with respective clients.Key Responsibilities - Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective brokers, property developers, and the like, also including taking responsibility for servicing a substantial number of key broker relationships.- Developing a strategy and action plan for each broker assigned to me, and any new recruits on my team as well as developing a plan to convert each broker’s loyalty to Paragon Interiors- Working with the design team to produce space plans.- Assisting in developing any risk work concept design presentations for pitches.- Effectively read a client’s needs and communicate these requirements to the business.- Delivering effective and engaging presentations to clients covering the company’s research, approach, methodology and some of it’s recent work.- Reporting on increases in appointments made and projects won or lost.- Analysing the territory or market potential and research creative ways in which to develop the relationships with current and prospective clients and brokers. This entails pro-actively seeking businesses that can benefit from Paragon’s services and establishing communications with key decision makers within these organisations.- Staying up to date with industry information.- On-line researching on international trends and such topics.
