Including work as a immidiate supervisor/shift manager, part of the sales team, HR work, operational work, and managing and planning the employee training for all new recruits over 7 years period, by offering contiounous advice, guidance, and mentorship on duties and best practices.Currently helping young people with education and employment. With a motivational and coaching work method trying to find the very best solutions for customers current situations, and helping them to get the tools they need to achieve employment at their desired sector.With my current position I am also being part of the national training team, whose main task is to teach and guide new system changes, develop best practices and helping colleagues with their questions about systems and procedures.In our office I am being active support to my colleagues as a shop steward.
