Main duties included:Responsible for 1st and 2nd line resolution of service desk enquires and providing support and advice when required for Kal Tire team members in the UK, Africa and Australia. To ensure full user information and incident details are captured within the service management toolset including detailed actions taken with the user.Creating and maintaining user accounts within Active Directory in accordance with Kal Tire procedures.Purchasing new equipment by following the purchase procedure and maintaining the purchase register. Maintaining comprehensive documentation for all functions associated with the UK IS Service Desk.Install new and rebuild existing workstations and configure hardware, software, peripherals, services and settings in accordance with operational requirements.Assist with planning and the implementation of IS led initiatives and projects.

Main duties included:Working close with the Financial Planner to assist in processing applications for pensions, investments, life insurance and mortgages. Ensuring the database is updated with client details, policy information and using the activity log to track progress on applications. Audio typing letters dictated by the Financial Planner as part of the financial reports to clients.Completing quotes and research for the best providers for different products. Complete the monthly commission consolidation received from each provider.General administrative office duties – answering calls, basic letter writing, photocopying, filing, making drinks and any other ad-hoc jobs.
