Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies • Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices • Check the validity of debit accounts • Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments • Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines • Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients • Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data • Create and maintain all policy and procedure for Billing Department • Analyze data to determine whether the questions have resulted in acceptable and reasonable data. If data is problematic, determine reason then devise and implement a solution

Compile, manage and execute attorney billing • Review and edits pre-bills in response to attorney and paralegal requests • Research and respond to inquiries in a timely manner regarding billing issues and problems as they arise • Generate monthly reports and age analysis • Assist with special projects as needed within the firm • Post client payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions • Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line • Collect data and prepare monthly metric
