Responsibilities include; - collaborating and providing support for the execution of logistics- attending client meetings to deliver on event objectives- solicitation of sponsorship (in kind and cash) - working on RFPs and providing research on event proposals- assisting in the set-up, execution and tear down of events- update of critical paths, agenda’s, event manuals, contact lists (internal & external) and briefs for events- Developing and executing social media strategies to meet company's goals and objectives- Developing a social media editorial calendar, writing and posting daily online content, monitoring and engaging with audience

Responsibilities include;- Creating personalized concepts tailored to client's needs - Liaison with clients online and offline for consultations and meetings - Liaison with vendors - Preparing logistics for material acquisition, pick up, delivery and set up - Researching and obtaining pricing for concept - Executing proposal
