For two summers I have managed pre-departure communication and materials, travel logistics, budget planning, accommodations, conducted orientation and provided in-country for support for all participants during their month-long stay in Spain. As a part of Gray Matter Capital's IDEX Fellowship in Social Enterprise I was able to evaluate and develop a number of capacity-building programs for non-profit organizations and affordable private schools in Hyderabad, India.
