I have been working at BILH as a Financial Analyst in a Finance/Reimbursement focused department since September 2021. Major projects I work on include: Medicare 2552 Cost Report, CHIA Cost Report, Occupational Mix Survey, MHA Wage Index. I am very involved in the Month End process, with a specific focus on Net Revenue for PB business units and Primary Care. Annually, I participate in the budgeting process. I also assist with various requests/analysis/surveys. I also assist with working on Provider Enrollment applications. Frequently use Excel, Workday and EPIC.

During my internship I completed projects and tasks pertaining to development, content creation, marketing and research. I attended and participated in meetings with the Development Team. In addition, I demonstrated the ability to learn and work individually throughout my internship, as this was a fully remote role during COVID-19.
