The Kids Manager manages the day to day organization, operation, promotion, administration and supervision of all things Kids in the club. The position ensures continuous professional growth and development of Kids team members and ensures team members provide fun, enthusiastic, safe and engaging activities. The Manager drives departmental performance to reach or exceed revenue goals, operational excellence, and high quality service in order to grow and retain Kids memberships.

The Kids and Aquatics (AQ) Dual Leader in Training (LiT) assists the Leader in all aspects of the departments. Including, shared responsibility over the activities and growth of the Aquatics and Kids programming. This includes financial management, hiring, training and supervising team members according to Life Time standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. They lead a team in a fun and fast-paced environment, who proudly serve our members and guests.The Kids and Aquatics LiT is responsible assisting in the day to day organization, operation, promotion, administration and supervision of all things Kids and Aquatics in the club. Ensures continuous professional growth and development of all team members. Ensures team members provide fun, enthusiastic, safe and engaging activities. They also help oversee and maintain the safety and cleanliness of their perspective spaces.

Responsible for the safety, engagement and the overall operations of the Academy/Child Center while upholding Life Time’s Mission and Vision Statements. Delivers the highest level of customer service, management, and consistency to both Members and Team Members. Partners with the Kids Manager and Team Members to ensure the best experience is offered for our junior members while in the Academy/Child Center and kids programming/events.Provides exceptional customer service and a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and GuestsPromotes and assists Kids Manager in preparing for events/programming along with marketing and driving participation numbers and revenueManages the Academy/Child Center payroll within budgetary guidelines while making recommendations as needed to the Kids ManagerManages and supports the Kids team members by providing ongoing training, giving feedback, and coaching Completes the casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members Complete inventory and assists in ordering and maintaining supplies, toys and equipment within the Academy and for Events and Programming​

- Organizing games, activities, events and curriculum for various Kids Activities programs.- Hiring, training, and development of Camp Counselors, Kids Activities Team Members, Birthday Party and special events staff.- Overseeing a staff of 15-45 employees.- Providing weekly, monthly, and daily activity schedules to staff.- Interacting with parents and children making sure daily needs were met.- Executing payments, registration processes, and other various office tasks.- Coordinating multiple rotation schedules for large groups of children.- Maintaining a clean and family friendly environment.- Welcoming new and returning families and children.- Strictly utilizing a high level of security systems.- Creating a comfortable and entertaining pastime for members.

- Scheduling Birthday parties through online, in person, and phone call inquiries.-Promoting birthday options to members and non-members.-Communicating with various departments in the building about scheduling (Aquatics, Rock Wall, etc.)-Interacting with party parents and guests making sure all needs were met.-Processing payments.-Meeting monthly budget goals.-Ensuring customer satisfaction with follow-up calls.-Training new staff members.-Organizing staff scheduling.

-Instructing after school program.- Leading gym games and other activities.-Assisting in homework and reading.-Insuring safety of 20+ children.-Developing meaningful relationships with children and families.

-Outlining lesson plans specific to fine and gross motor skills of different groups of children.-Connecting overall healthy lifestyle standards to interactive games and activities.-Ensuring safety and well-being of twenty-five plus children during large group games. -Adjusting curriculum to supply the best possible experience for children and families.-Building lasting impactful relationships with students.-Displaying the correct fundamentals and standards for various exercises and sports.

-Greeting guests immediately upon arrival.- Orchestrating restaurant seating plan.-Answering and assessing phone calls.-Providing a great first and last experience for guests.- Utilizing customer service skills in order to improve customer satisfaction.- Training new employees.
