I work in the office where I greet customers in person and over the phone. I answer their questions about equipment and help them schedule rentals. I write down their payment information and anything else necessary for the rental.

I worked full-time during the summers of 2022 and 2023 as a Marvel Cave Guide at Silver Dollar City. I answered guest questions about cave tours and the park. I provided entertaining and educational cave tours about the history of Marvel Cave and Silver Dollar City. I also maintained the safety of guests, coworkers, and myself during tours and while at the Cave Desk.
