Throughout my 15 years in sales, I have had the pleasure of growing sales teams, increasing company revenue, and creating and executing dynamic go-to-market strategies for the companies I work at. The enjoyment and success that I realize when creating strategies and executing on new systems for vertical expansion, upselling, marketing, outbound, sales enablement, and the like speak to my type A personality and organized approach to scaling organizations and growing revenue without sacrificing on people management. While much of the training that I do in my current role is for senior account executives and others who make up my direct team, it’s also important to note the cross departmental training and collaboration that can happen when communicating for the advancement of your customer’s goals. I am the full package—excellent people manager-motivator of top-performing account executives— and go to market strategist- in one package. My leadership style is warm but direct, I believe in having great relationships with direct reports and maintaining a balance of being their manager, coach, and cheerleader. I effortlessly move among these roles while developing entry-level sales folks into top performers.
