I have 18 years of customer service experience, working in diverse environments. I thrive while working under pressure, I'm skilled at multitasking, happy to work with a team or solo, I enjoy helping others while completing my own work. For the last 8 years I've been working at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse as a server, bartender, trainer, and supervisor. I'm looking for a change in careers, something to challenge me and give me the ability to increase my income. I'm self motivated, I would love to learn a new trade, while using my experience in sales and customer support to get me there. I'd love to work remote but am also able to work on-site. Working in a restaurant for so long has given me a unique skill set; I can keep a calm and positive attitude while keeping everyone else around me happy. I'm capable of taking care of many customers at one time. I have a large retention of product knowledge to suit each customer's needs matched with a strong sales background to sell them what they don't yet know they want. All the while providing support to my team members regarding product information, how to handle customer demands, tech support, and assisting my management team during overwhelming times. I'm looking for an opportunity.
