Kingdom Towers LLC is a telecommunications company that offers a full range of communication construction services, specializing in civil and electrical, all designed to help companies reach their network potential. I managed all business operations for Kingdom Towers LLC since its start in summer 2019, coordinating the startup efforts, managing the future projections, and monitoring the day-to-day operations. My main role involved coordinating contractor relationships, HR related needs, profits, budgeting and taxes, as well as business filings.

Wisepath is a full, 360-degree blueprint for an individual’s financial strategy. It’s a holistic approach to financial strategy, not just one financial aspect. We use our network of in-house professionals to coordinate all branches - taxes, wealth management, retirement, long term care, and estate planning. We partner with over 70 carriers. By organizing all the aspects of finances into one cohesive plan, Wisepath can educate, empower, and guide our clients on their financial path. While interning, I managed the company's social media business accounts with organized calendars. Learned best practices for producing high-quality content for brand and audience, as well as how to support staff in reaching their marketing efforts. Supported automated campaign tools for increasing prospects for financial advisers. Monitored trending #hashtags for social media accounts.

SWMetro provides educational services to eleven member districts in the southwestern corner of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.Key areas include special education, career and technical education, adult basic education, care and treatment programs, and alternative education including online and teen parent programs.Just 3 short years after teaching, I was petitioned to open a one-on-a-kind, level IV school to support special education students. This school is still in production today and supports middle and high school students with high level mental health concerns, along with emotional and behavioral needs. The learning model includes equine therapy, project-based learning, on-site mental health support, behavioral intervention, and much more. This program was something I was entrusted to design and it was an honor to do so. Freedom Academy is still open and continuing to grow and serve more students. In addition, surrounding districts are using Freedom Academy’s model as a template for where they would like to head in terms of supporting students of all ability levels.

As a special education teacher for MAWSECO, I led a classroom of middle and high school students with high-intensity emotional and behavioral needs, as a science and life skills specialist. Working alongside an excellent team, I focused on behavior intervention and academic support, executing students unique plans to ensure students graduated and were prepared for life after high school.Additional contributions: Greenhouse community partnerships, secured fully-funded field trips, fields trips which had not been accessible for over 20 years.
